Bad Credit Card

Quite often you come across this word, ‘bad credit card’ but you don’t understand what does it exactly meant. When a bank receives an application for a credit card, then a detailed verification of the applicant is made so as to get it confirmed that he doesn’t have any bad credit ratings earlier. They use a statistical method to judge you whether you deserve to receive this credit card or not. In exact work it could be said that they measure your past and future capability to be able to repay your debts. The whole procedure includes your credit card history and bank account details. If they found that you have ever been penalized by any bank or faced any bankruptcy then you will be considered as a person with “Bad credits”. As such you are no more liable to hold any credit card. There are various banks and credit companies who need customers so they have introduced bad credit cards. This bad credit card is given to a customer irrespective of his bad credit ratings. For security purpose, bank imposes a withdrawal limit on these cards in some suitable proportion to the bank balance of card holder.
